CanCell Young Scientists has organized a half-day workshop to take place on the 21st of August at 13:00-17:00 in Seminarrom 1 and 2 at the Institute for Cancer Research
It is not a workshop on basic scientific writing, but rather about “advanced” skills, or vital perspectives that the CanCell PIs have amassed throughout their years and that they believe have supported their success as scientists.
The overall goal of the workshop is to provide all the young scientists of CanCell with an opportunity to extract valuable knowledge about the nuances of writing, on a level that usually omit the standard forums and courses on the subject.
CanCell Young Scientist consists of one “young” representative from each of the 6 CanCell groups. Our Goal and Vision is to “Create a forum for young scientists to come together and get excited about the broader aspects of science”.
