Position: Head of research/professor II
Work place: Division of mental health and addiction, Institute of Clinical Medicine
I have been head of research for the largest division at the Institute of clinical medicine and co-director of a broad, translational Center of Excellence since 2013. This gives me daily contact with the complexity of our organization, both in terms of research and education.
My focus is on the following:
- Better incentives for development of new forms of teaching.
- Balance between support to strong research environments and development of new research groups.
- Career development for younger researchers within the multidisciplinary staff at the Faculty
- Strengthening of international focus.
