Program
I am employed in a combined position between UiO – where I am professor II in prehospital emergency medicine – and the Air Ambulance Department, Oslo University Hospital – where I am senior consultant in anaesthesiology. I am particularly interested in ensuring that researchers in combined positions ensure predictability as regards working conditions. Short-term commitments make it difficult to initiate projects with a long time horizon. In addition, I am concerned that student education will be given a higher priority than is the case today.
