- Strengthen and promote inter disciplinary collaboration between experimental and computational research as well natural sciences and the humanities
- Strengthen and promote collaboration between academia and industry
- Strengthen international research and education partnership with leading research institutions in Europe, USA and Asia
- Strengthen support in commercialization of basic science and clinical innovations
- Strengthen computational infrastructure at the Faculty of Medicine
- Strengthen social media research dissemination and research visibility of the Faculty of Medicine also beyond Oslo and Norway
My background
- I am from Germany and moved to Norway in January 2018
- PhD studies in Systems Immunology of Antibody Responses, 2009-2012
- Postdoctoral training at ETH Zürich, 2013-2017
- Associate Professor at UiO, 2018-present
