Position: Postdoctoral Fellow
Workplace: Department of Microbiology, Institute of Clinical Medicine
During my time as an employee at the Faculty of Medicine as an engineer, PhD student and now postdoctoral fellow, in addition to experience as member of the KLINMED institute council, I see the importance of the collaboration between the research and the clinic and want to strengthen this. In addition, I want to strengthen the collaboration between the different UiO units in order to better utilize the resources and knowledge we have. I am also concerned about greater predictability and career development for the temporary employees and an inclusive work environment. Additionally, I want to promote research dissemination, interaction and visibility within the faculty and towards society.
