Position of trust
Employed at UIO 2018. I am trained as a fine mechanic. Have worked in the defense industry for a number of years. Graduated in Technology Management at the University of Bergen and Høgskulen Vestlandet.
I want to contribute with my expertise gained in my previous roles. From previous roles, I have experience in board work in international companies, HSE management and change, working environment law, personnel policy and life cycle policy. I was a trade union leader for several years. Focuses on ensuring that the workplace delivers on the requirements set. At the same time, employees must be looked after in a good, inclusive way with an active personnel policy.
Transparency in and around processes is the number 1 success factor. I actively use the law and agreements as support in this work.
