- I am a full-stack developer with expertise in bioinformatics, network analysis and system administration in Linux. For UiO, I work with developing and maintaining HELP's software and technical structures for e-learning content.
Background
- In 2023 I completed a 5-year integrated Master’s degree program from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) with specialization in systems biology.
- From 2020 to 2022, I worked for the NTNU COVID-19 Modeling Taskforce in Trondheim with the acquisition and analysis of data for network models, to describe
COVID-19 infection dynamics.
- I have programming experience with Python, C++, R, MATLAB, HTML and CSS and have previously worked with the use of FBA, COBRA and sMOMENT within GEM (genome-scale metabolic modelling).
