In total will there be four Calls seeking proposals for data integration and use case development into EBRAINS in the following areas of interest:
- Integrating spatial omics resources with EBRAINS atlases
- Integrating open access clinical datasets
- Promote the use of EBRAINS through the development of a convincing neuroscientific use case of the digital twin models
- Promote the use of EBRAINS data sharing services by recruiting research data suitable for sharing via the EBRAINS Knowledge Graph, adding to existing collections of data, and demonstrating use of EBRAINS atlasing and analytical capabilities
Funding
Accepted proposals will be funded with a maximum amount of 60 000 € via the Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) Mechanism. Please note that beneficiary units in the EBRAINS 2.0 project will not be eligible to apply, however new units of these beneficiary institutions will be permitted under certain circumstances.
