When will the election take place?
The election will take place electronically between September 15 and 22. The election ends at 12:00 on September 22.
Who is eligible to vote?
You can vote if you have an active admission to the PhD Programme between 1 sept-22 sept. 2024.
Who can stand for election?
You can stand for election if:
- You have an active admission to the PhD programme during the election period (1st of Jan 25 to 31st of Dec 25)
- Your agreement is to work at least 50 % with the doctoral degree.
- You are within the original dates of your PhD admission and have minimum one year left of your contract.
- You master Norwegian.
How do I nominate a candidate for election?
You can nominate candidates or yourself by the 15th of August, at 12.00 AM.
All proposed candidates must have confirmed that they are interested in running for election.
Each candidate must have at least one nominator. Candidates must provide a brief presentation of themselves and their motivation for running
