The trial lecture and public defence must take place in one of the venues listed below. Contact information to each venue is also found here. It is important that the person in charge of booking the venue sends a confirmation (copy) to the responsible executive officer notifying him/her of when and which venue is reserved. On booking you should therefore specify who your executive officer is, or at the very least, specify which institute you belong to.
