The application must be sent to your programme's Study Administration within the deadline set for applying for special teaching arrangements.
The deadlines are
- 15 May for the autumn semester
- 1 November for the spring semester
A programme student whose need for special teaching arrangements arise after the deadline must send their application with a medical certificate attached within a week of the need arising.
