New Course Available - Introduction to Leadership

This new training course is a perfect tool in your journey to advance your leadership development and professional capability.

The Centre for Global Health (CGH) at the University of Oslo (UiO) is pleased to launch this free and open course.

About the Course 

The foundation of the course is leadership development, and it explores the concepts of communication, collaboration, and professionalism across three pillars – interpersonal, leadership and environment. The course includes six modules led by Director Jeanette H. Magnus and Professor Bernadette Nirmal Kumar. Each module includes a set of video lectures, reflection exercises and complimentary resource material. You can complete this individually or together with a group, using  the facilitators guide found here (pdf).
