MY-NORTH Symposium on Myanmar Health Research Conference

MY-NORTH gave a half-day symposium “Evidence-based research findings for development of healthy policy – Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and risk factors” during the annual, international, 48^th Myanmar Health Research Conference, Yangon.

The MY-NORTH symposium included the following topics and a panel discussion: Trends in NCDs and NCD risk factors in Myanmar, Mental Health and Domestic Violence, Antenatal and delivery, Myanmar Health Information System, Evidence based practice in Public healthy, and The Norwegian Government's new strategy “Better Health, Better Lives - Combating Non-Communicable Diseases in the Context of Norwegian Development Policy 2020-2024.
