This study aims to investigate how leadership networks as a method can help promote health care managers with service development and integration of advanced nursing services in their organization.

About the project

The study is an action research study in which leadership networks are used as a method for service development and integration of advanced nursing services in the participants' organizations. Experience and knowledge exchange including "peer-to-peer" guidance between the leaders will be central to the network meetings. The participants in the action consist of the leadership network group consisting of a group of managers who have, or will get, a nurse with an advanced clinical nursing degree in their service, and the study's steering group consisting of 3 participants.
