We will standardize and cross-validate “organ on a chip” readouts to patient data, tissue, resections etc., for benchmarking. This requires monitoring tools, data standardization and storage, and development of data analysis and visualization tools. The group focuses on three principal areas: Data standardization, data analysis and data sharing.
Bioinformatics
This platform develops a bioinformatics platform for data sets derived from the organ on a chip platform in an open-access format.
