About me

Bioinformatician by training, hold a Ph.D. in genetics from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) and M.Sc. in cancer biology from the University of Oslo. Work with next-generation sequence data for global RNA-seq and ChIP-seq in time-series analysis. experience with a wide variety of statistical genomics and programming skills.
