MolMed Imaging Platform

The MolMed Imaging Platform (MIP) provides training and services in confocal, live cell and widefield high-throughput microscopy, as well as access to advanced bioimage analysis software.

Running projects with MolMed Imaging Platform (MIP)

Instruments hosted by MIP can be used upon registration and completion of mandatory training sessions on a instrument-by-instrument basis. Once registered users have received training and are able to independently use the instruments these can be booked through our booking system.

MIP provides its users with access to powerful workstations and licensed software for advanced bioimage analysis. The platform is also a founding member of the BioImagingHub and the Bioimaging Processing (BIP-Hub), put in place to improve the UiO imaging platform capacities for data storage and image processing.
