By understanding the functions of the splice variants of PKA we will better understand the specificity in the cAMP-PKA pathway and their potential association with disease.
Challenges
The principle goal of our research is to characterize splice variants of the regulatory (R) and catalytic (C) subunits of human PKA and their potential functions.
