Further develop expertise in longitudinal studies of representative cohorts in order to identify course and possible risk factors
Elaborate effective interventions to improve mental health and reslilience in health professionals and others
Maintain high standards with respect to research supervision and quantitative research methods (such as multilevel repeated measures), but also to increase knowledge in use of qualitative methods
Develop further collaboration with other national and international research instiutions
