Strategy and objectives
Our special focus is longitudinal studies on work, mental health, substance abuse, and intervention studies – in particular among health professionals
We aim to be a leading group in this field, both nationally and internationally
Long-term objectives
- Further develop expertise in longtudinal studies of representative cohorts in order to identify course and possible risk factors
- Elaborate effective interventions to improve mental health and reslilience in health professionals and others
- Maintain high standards with respect to research supervision and quantitative research methods (such as multilevel repeated measures), but also to increase knowledge in use of qualitative methods
- Develop further collaboration with other national and international research institutions
