Mathematical modeling of infectious diseases has had an increasing impact on the theory and practice of disease management, control, evaluation and forecasting in recent years.
Besides modeling we also make statistical analyses and develop statistical methods to extract information from available data.
In addition, we study more theoretical issues connected to the structure and dynamical properties of social contact networks.
