The Advanced NeuroDAta management facility hub is a part of the Norwegian Neuroinformatics Node. It offers research data management service for neuroscientists who aims to make their data FAIR through sharing via the EBRAINS.
Navigator3
Navigator3 (N3) is a data management and virtual microscopy system tailored for 2-D microscopic and 3-D volumetric image data from neuroscience, anatomy, and other life science fields.
Data and basic metadata are stored in a relational database and made available in online virtual microscopy viewers.
N3 serves several web-based data repositories and is used as a tool for curation of neuroscience microscopy data in the EBRAINS Data and Knowledge services. It is also used in courses on both microscopic and macroscopic anatomy and pathology at the University of Oslo. The system provides options for public or private sharing of large collections of images, together with basic annotation tools.

NORBRAIN
The Norwegian Neuroinformatics Node collaborates with NORBRAIN - the Norwegian Brain Initiative, in providing optimal data storage and data analysis solutions. NORBRAIN provides cutting-edge neurotechnology and data acquisition infrastructure to researchers from universities in Norway and other national users. NORBRAIN has a set of Core facilities of the University of Oslo.
