The last part of the study is a questionnaire. You can answer the questionnaire after completing both telephone interviews.
The questionnaire should only be filled in by participants in the Norkost study who have completed two telephone interviews.
To fill in the questionnaire, you need your ID-number, which you may find in the invitation brochure you received in the mail.
