Department of Refractory Epilepsy
National Centre for Epilepsy in Norway (SSE) serves patients with difficult-to-treat-epilepsy from all over the country.
Patients range from rare epilepsy-related diagnoses and learning disability to autism specter disorders.
The primary goal of the research conducted at SSE is to provide new knowledge, which, in turn, will improve the ability to attend to these patient's needs. Thus, the research is basically clinical.
