The annual research prize at the University of Oslo is awarded to researchers who are national and international leading in their research field. This year, our Centre leader prof. Ludvig M Sollid received the price for his four-decade long contribution to research on celiac disease and human immunology. His research journey started already in the 1980's and has involved a long list of scientists that collectively have contributed to seminal findings that today are used and tested in the clinic both for diagnosis as therapy. You can read more about the prize here as well as an interview from Uniforum here.
