Subject: Sorting and recovery of rare cells by DEPArray: A unique automated technology to enable isolation of 100% pure - single cell resolution - Circulating Tumor Cells and other biomedical research relevant cells for molecular characterization or biological studies.
The seminar will include the description of the use of dielectrophoresis, combined with biomarkers characterization and image analysis to identify, selectively move and isolate specific individual cell dispersed in a heterogeneous suspension. Example in oncology and proofs of principle for other applications will be provided.
