Before you order a chemical, you have to evaluate the risk about managing and storing of the chemical, and how to take care of the waste.
Steps in evaluating the risk:
- Know the health hazard of the chemical, the administrative provision, the characteristic and stability.
- Consider any substitution less dangerous, evaluate the method/ how to incorporate the chemical safely in the prosess.
- Know how to take care and dispose of the waste.
