13:30 - 14:30 Invited speaker: Magnus Gulbrandsen, Professor and Centre Director of OSIRIS - Olso Institute for Research on the Impact of Science.
14:30 - 15:00 Coffee and snacks.
15:00 - 16:00 Invited speaker: Sigrid Bratlie, Strategic Advisor at the Norwegian Cancer Society and science communicator with particular interests in biotechnology, science and ethical issues.
16:00 - onwards Team building puzzles and challenges, followed by dinner.
Tuesday Sept 17th
9:00 - 16:30 Leadership and management skills workshop for doctoral and post-doctoral scientists, delivered by hfp consulting.

Description of the workshop
