Registration guidelines
The registration is combined with the abstract submission; please ensure that your abstract is ready at the time of registration.
We kindly ask all participants (keynote speakers, sponsors, etc.) to register for the event. The registration fee has been set at 2,000 NOK + VAT per participant: it includes access to the scientific programme, coffee and lunch breaks, and the conference dinner at Oslo Opera House. Where appropriate, your organisation will be invoiced directly for payment.
The abstract should be 250 words maximum and should follow the abstract template provided. Please make sure that your abstract is submitted in PDF format. Use the 1st author's name to save your abstract as follows LastName_Initial.pdf.
The scientific committee will choose between 10 and 20 abstracts to be showcased as flash talks. The selected authors will be informed of the committee's decision by August 1st, 2024, at the latest.
