Dr. Johan Henrikson is heading the T cell systems biology group at NCMM's sister center MIMS in Umeå, Sweden, and the group aims to figure out how T cells can be reprogrammed to better fight disease. More information is available on the HenLab webpage.
Abstract for talk:
Our group has used the new single cell ATAC+RNA kit from 10x genomics on B and T cells, and now we are investigating what we can do with this data. Among other, we have discovered that there are telomeric reads in the ATACseq data. In this talk I will present some recent hints of how this might be interpreted, and what value it adds to this type of data.
