  • PhD completed in the Netherlands at the Leiden University Medical Center, where I developed xenograft and transgenic cancer models in zebrafish for Ewing sarcoma.
  • After completing my PhD, I went to Institut Curie in Paris. Here I continued researching Ewing sarcoma, this time worked on a post-GWAS follow-up project to determine causative SNPs for Ewing sarcoma and their role in oncogenesis.
  • In September 2018 I started my second post-doc project in the group of Camila Esguerra, where I will be working to develop a disease model in zebrafish for epilepsy caused by mutations in SNARE-complex proteins, with the aims to use these model in a large-scale drug screen.
