Short biography on Paul Han

Paul Han, M.D., M.A., M.P.H., is a Senior Scientist at the US National Cancer Institute, Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences. His research focuses broadly on risk communication and medical decision making, and specifically on the communication and management of uncertainty in medicine. He is currently visiting Norway through a Fulbright Award, and will be working with several scholars in Oslo, Bergen, and Bodø to understand how to improve the management of uncertainty in medical education and practice.

What are SHEtalks

SHEtalks are a serial of informal research seminars held at Center for Sustainable Healthcare Education, University of Oslo. SHEtalks are research lunch lectures. The fall 2023 program was put together by researcher Gabriela Saldanha. Seminars take place at Thursdays at noon (GTM+1) unless otherwise specified. They may be delivered and attended in person or via zoom.
