Studier av reliabilitet og validitet ved målinger og målemetoder

Bakgrunn

Validiteten ved de konklusjonene vi trekker av skårer fra våre mål og målemetoder er helt avhengig av kvaliteten på disse. Dersom påliteligheten til våre vurderinger er svekket, eller at det trekkes feil eller tvilsomme konklusjoner, står evalueringer av behandlingseffekt, allianse, brukertilfredshet, diagnostikk, samt individuelle kliniske profiler på spill.

I tillegg til fokus på forståelse og behandling av personlighetsforstyrrelser, bruker Nettverk for personlighetsforstyrrelser mye ressurser på å evaluere de psykometriske egenskapene til sine kliniske mål og målemetoder. Tematisk kan dette arbeidet kategoriseres i på følgende måte:

Pågående studie

For tiden arbeides det med en evaluering av den norske versjonen av "Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale" (DERS) og to av dens kortversjoner (DERS-18 og DERS-SF). Utvalget blir hentet fra kvalitetsregisteret til Nettverk for personligetsforstyrrelser. I tillegg til analyser for å beskrive de psykometriske egenskapene til DERS (og dens kortversjoner), vil det også gjennomføres en validering med utvalgte undergrupper og ulike kliniske mål.

Selv om alle publikasjoner fra vår forskningsgruppe er kronologisk listet sammen, har vi valgt ut de mest sentrale psykometriske studiene her. I tillegg kommer et annet prosjekt med hovedfokus på validitet og reliabilitet: Nor-AMP prosjektet.
